Open Ticket

1.Go to https://ion.krypt.com and login your account

2.Click  Open Ticket under the Contact tab.

3.Choose Department which you would like to contact

4. Select a server that your ticket is related to(If you don't have server you can select None).  

5.You can then type your message and subject.  

6.You can also attach a file and select the priority level of your ticket if you wish.

7.Enter the characters you see in the image into the text box provided. 

8. When you are finished click the blue SUBMIT button.
