You can reformat by yourself easily by go to your server that you want to format and go to click "Rebuild"

2. There will show list of OS available. Choose OS that you need and clikc REBUILD button.

3. It will show message that submit to reformat is successfully with password. Wait for vm to be finished.

4. Check that rebuild server is finished or not by ping to your server IP from command line.

You can use console to manage your vm like you at front of server by go to "Novnc Conole"...
