To perform a clean OS reinstallation on your server, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your portal and navigate to the server you wish to reinstall.

2. Go to Service Management and click Reinstallation.
 

3. Select your preferred Operating System (OS) and confirm to begin the process.

4.  To verify if the reinstallation is complete, open your Command Prompt / Terminal and run a ping test to your server's IP address:

Note: Please ensure all important data is backed up beforehand, as reinstallation will wipe all existing data.
